Get Involved: Volunteer with LYLC
The Latino Youth Leadership Conference (LYLC) is powered entirely by community. For over 30 years, alumni, educators, professionals, and community members have come together to create a meaningful, transformative experience for the next generation of leaders.
Whether you’re a former participant or someone who simply believes in supporting Latina/o/x/e youth, there’s a place for you here.
Why volunteer?
Volunteering with LYLC offers a chance to contribute to a long-standing community leadership initiative that centers leadership, culture, and access to higher education. Volunteers play an important role in ensuring the conference runs smoothly and that students can fully engage in each part of the experience.
We welcome volunteers with any level of availability, whether you can contribute a few hours, several days, or an entire week.
To recognize this contribution, we provide volunteer acknowledgment letters that can be used for professional or academic purposes, including job or graduate school applications.
